Ningbo, China, Nov. 03, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Skycorp Solar Group Limited (Nasdaq: PN) (the “Company”), a solar PV product provider engaged in the manufacture and sale of solar cables and solar connectors, today announced that the Company received a notice (the “Notice”) from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) on October 30, 2025, stating that the Company’s Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Class A Ordinary Shares”), fail to comply with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on Nasdaq in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) based upon the closing bid price of the Class A Ordinary Shares for the 30 consecutive business days prior to the date of the Notice. Pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company has been provided with an initial compliance period of 180 calendar days, or until April 28, 2026, to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement.
