McDonald's has added a new chief strategy officer and a new chief data, analytics, and AI officer to its C-Suite. In a LinkedIn post last week , chief executive officer Chris Kempczinski announced that Emily Reasor has joined the company as senior vice president and chief strategy officer. The hire, he said, “signals our intent to make strategy a dynamic capability — one that drives execution, unlocks growth, and strengthens our competitive edge.” Reasor, he added, will work across McDonald's global markets to “identify new opportunities, embed strategic discipline into how we operate, and ensure our priorities remain anchored in what matters most to our customers, communities, and the McDonald's system,” Kempczinski said. Reasor previously spent nearly 18 years as a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, according to her LinkedIn page.
