NORWALK, Conn., April 16, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reed’s Inc. (Nasdaq: REED), owner of the nation’s leading portfolio of handcrafted, all-natural beverages, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 13,333,334 shares of its common stock at a price of $0.375 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $5.0 million. Reed’s has also granted to the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase an additional 2,000,000 shares of common stock to cover overallotments in connection with the offering. The offering is expected to close on April 20, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions. Roth Capital Partners is acting as the sole manager for the offering. Reed’s intends to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering to fund working capital and for general corporate purposes.
