Shares of gunmakers American Outdoor and Sturm Ruger tumbled to session lows as Florida Governor Rick Scott commented that his state will require all gun purchasers to be aged 21 or above, and additionally bans all sales and purchases of bump stocks.“I know there are some who are advocating a mass takeaway of 2nd amendment rights for all Americans.
