COLD SPRING HARBOR, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Range Capital Acquisition Corp II (the “Company”) announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 23,000,000 units, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their overallotment option to purchase an additional 3,000,000 units. The offering was priced at $10.00 per unit, generating total gross proceeds of $230,000,000.The Company, which is led by Timothy Rotolo, is a special purpose acquisition company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.The units are listed and trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “RNGTU.” Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant.
