COLD SPRING HARBOR, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Range Capital Acquisition Corp. II (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 20,000,000 units, at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to commence trading on October 3, 2025 on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “RNGTU.”The Company, which is led by Timothy Rotolo, is a special purpose acquisition company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.Each unit sold in the offering consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant.
