ALEXANDRIA, La., April 29, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Red River Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”), (Nasdaq: RRBI), the holding company for Red River Bank (the “Bank”), announced today its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of 2020 and provided an update on the Bank's response to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus ("COVID-19") pandemic and its participation in the Small Business Administration ("SBA") Paycheck Protection Program ("PPP"). Net income for the first quarter of 2020 was $6.7 million, or $0.92 per diluted common share ("EPS"), which was consistent with $6.7 million, or $0.92 EPS, for the fourth quarter of 2019, and an increase of $1.0 million, or 18.4%, compared to $5.7 million, or $0.85 EPS, for the first quarter of 2019.
