NEW YORK, Jan. 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Satellogic Inc. (NASDAQ: SATL), a leader in sub-meter resolution Earth Observation (“EO”) data, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with a single institutional investment manager for the purchase and sale of 7,399,578 shares of Class A common stock at a purchase price of $4.73 per share in a registered direct offering. The gross proceeds to the Company from this offering are expected to be approximately $35 million, before deducting offering expenses. The offering is expected to close on January 27, 2026, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. All of the shares issued in the offering are to be sold by the Company. Titan Partners, a division of American Capital Partners, is acting as lead placement agent for the offering. Craig-Hallum is acting as co-placement agent for the offering.
