NORTH BETHESDA, Md., April 20, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--Sodexo, a global leader in food and services, today announced the appointment of Orla Muldoon as General Counsel, North America, effective March 23, 2026. In this role, Muldoon oversees the company's legal, compliance and government affairs functions across the U.S. and Canada. She reports jointly to Thierry Delaporte in his capacity as CEO for Sodexo North America and Angelo Piccirillo, Group General Counsel and will serve on the North America Leadership Team. Muldoon brings more than 20 years of international in-house legal experience supporting complex, highly regulated organizations in the food, beverage and agriculture sectors.
