CLEVELAND, March 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sotera Health Company (Nasdaq: SHC) (the “Company” or “Sotera Health”), a leading global provider of mission-critical end-to-end sterilization solutions, lab testing and advisory services for the healthcare industry, announced today that it has appointed Kenneth D. Krause as a new independent director to its Board of Directors (the “Board”). Mr. Krause has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rollins, Inc. (NYSE: ROL) (“Rollins”), a global consumer and commercial pest control services company, since September 2022. In 2024, his role expanded to include oversight of Rollins’ International Brands. During his tenure at Rollins, he has led modernization initiatives that have driven improvements in growth, profitability, capital allocation and access to capital, enabling strong shareholder returns.
