Sterigenics expected to deliver mid- to high-single-digit growth, Nordion low- to mid-single digits, Nelson Labs low-single digits, and pricing expected near the midpoint of the 3%–4% long-term guide while volumes remain the biggest swing factor. Sotera closed 2025 with 5.2% organic revenue growth , as weaker-than-expected results at Nelson Labs were offset by stronger Sterigenics volumes (about 8% revenue growth), and the company sustained 50% EBITDA margins with a 118-basis-point improvement in 2025. Management is prioritizing free-cash-flow and capital discipline, targeting $500–$600 million of free cash flow over three years (over $200M generated in 2025), expects CapEx to drop significantly in 2027 as NESHAP and growth projects complete, and says net leverage has improved toward the 2x–3x target, providing flexibility for debt paydown, M&A or buybacks.
