(the “Selling Stockholder”), is selling 4,400,000 shares of common stock (the “Shares”) of Skyward Specialty Insurance Group, Inc.TM (NASDAQ: SKWD) (“Skyward Specialty”), in an underwritten secondary public offering (the “Offering”).
