Stellantis has become the latest automaker to crack down on remote work The Jeep and Ram owner has told all US employees they must come into the office five days a week from March 30, according to an internal email to employees and internal guidelines seen by Business Insider. Directors and above will be required to be on-site five days a week from February 16, according to an email sent by Stellantis CFO Joao Laranjo on Friday.
