SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Primient (or the “Company”), a leader in plant-based food and industrial ingredient production, announces the Company’s move to sole-ownership by KPS Capital Partners, LP (“KPS”). The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of July 2024 and is subject to customary closing conditions and approvals.This is the second investment KPS has made in the Primient business.
