Trinity Capital's preliminary estimate of its fourth quarter 2025 net investment income is in the range of $0.51 to $0.53 per share. Trinity Capital's preliminary estimate of its net asset value per share as of December 31, 2025 is in the range of $13.36 to $13.44.
