Motorway's platform connects independent car sellers directly with a network of more than 7,500 verified car dealers, eliminating traditional middlemen from the used-car supply chain and creating a more efficient marketplace for both parties. The capital infusion will support Motorway's continued expansion of its marketplace and dealer partnerships across the UK, with a focus on product innovation and customer experience improvements. Craig Fox, Managing Director - Europe at Trinity Capital, described Motorway as "redefining the way cars are sold in the UK by putting simplicity, speed, and value at the core of each transaction," while Motorway CFO Liz Kistruck stated the partnership would help the company scale efficiently and reach sustainable profitability. Cafferty & Company served as the sole advisor to Motorway on the transaction, which adds to Trinity Capital's portfolio of investments that has deployed more than $5.1 billion across over 445 investments since its inceptio
