I'm joined today as usual by Mike Ozimek, our CFO, who will go through the numbers; and Kevin Curley, our Chief Banking Officer, who will talk about lending. We are very pleased to announce the outstanding year-to-date and year-over-year performance results. Mike will provide the details, but the net income of $15 million for the quarter and nearly $30 million year-to-date is nothing short of stellar. This is and the numbers supported our time to shine.
