Highlights Full-Year Financial Results Delivered to Guidance: 2025 full year GAAP revenue of $486.8 million (2024: $284.9 million; $490.4 million on a Combined Company basis ) consistent with our guidance for a broadly flat outcome; Net loss was $1.0 billion (Net loss margin 207.1%) compared to Net loss of $116.9 million in 2024 (Net loss margin 41.0%) and Net Loss of $166.0 million (Net loss margin 33.8%) on a Combined Company basis in 2024; Full-Year Adjusted EBITDA Growth: 2025 Adjusted EBITDA of $87.3 million, up 11% year-over-year on a Combined Company basis, with Adjusted EBITDA margin increasing 180 basis points to 17.9% (2024: 16.1% on a Combined Company basis Q4 2025 Acceleration: GAAP revenues up
