The deal itself is pretty clean. Prosus sold around 13.6 million shares at 20 each, bringing in roughly 270 million and lowering its stake in Delivery Hero from 26.3% to 21.8%. For Uber, this is less about control and more about getting exposure to another major player in the global delivery market without making a full acquisition. Warning!
