All USB preferreds are non-cumulative, BBB-rated, and eligible for the preferred tax rate, with varying coupons and call dates. After reviewing all five issues, it is a toss-up between USB-Q and USB-R, so I gave the Buy rating to USB-R for the better coupon but better Call protection.
