The funding, arranged with Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking and Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Natixis CIB), will enable the construction and operation of the Rockhound Projects, which together are expected to deliver around 413MW of installed capacity. Origis Energy expects all three facilities to become operational by summer 2026. This transaction marks a further step in Origis Energy's ongoing solar development efforts in West Texas. Once completed, the broader complex will exceed 700MW of capacity, including the Swift Air Solar II and Swift Air Solar III projects, which achieved financial closure in 2025. The credit facilities provided comprise a construction loan, a term loan, a tax credit bridge and letter of credit facilities, addressing both the building and operational stages of the initiative.
