The Company reaffirms its fiscal 2025 outlook for the 53 weeks ending January 3, 2026, as set forth below. New Stores: ~32 Adjusted Comparable Store Sales Growth Net Revenue: $1.970 billion - $1.988 billion Adjusted Operating Income : $92 million - $98 million Adjusted Diluted EPS Depreciation and Amortization : $91 million - $93 million Interest : $17 million - $19 million Tax Rate Capital Expenditures: $80 million - $85 million For the 52 weeks ending December 27, 2025. Refer to "Non-GAAP Financial Measures" below for more information. The Company estimates the 53rd week of fiscal 2025 will contribute approximately $35 million to net revenue, and approximately $3 million to Adjusted Operating Income. Assumes approximately 81 million shares. Includes amortization of acquisition intangibles of approximately $0.7 million, which is excluded in the definition of Adjusted Operating Income.
