a planned US listing of its international business, a move management believes could unlock access to a deeper and more experienced investor base than its home market. In a briefing on Wednesday, global chief financial officer Richard Shin said the company expects to spin off its overseas unit and list it in the US by late 2027, while keeping its domestic operations on the Philippine exchange.
