Core Operating Profit Growth: Both Taco Bell and KFC delivered 10% divisional core operating profit growth. System Sales Growth: Overall system sales grew 5% in Q4, with Taco Bell at 8% and KFC at 6% for the full year. Digital Sales: Digital sales grew 25% year-over-year, reaching $11 billion and nearly 60% digital mix. Restaurant Margins: Taco Bell US restaurant margins were 25.7% in Q4 and 24.4% for the full year; KFC Q4 margins were 12.7%. New Unit Openings: Over 1,800 new units in Q4 and over 4,550 for the year; KFC opened nearly 3,000 units in 2025. Ex-Special EPS: $1.73 for Q4 and $6.05 for the full year, up 10%. Pizza Hut Performance: 1% same-store sales decline globally for the quarter and the year. Capital Expenditures: Net CapEx was $293 million for the year.
