Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. In a statement, Hungry said the transaction will push the combined business's annual revenue above $110m and broaden its operational footprint across North America. Hungry CEO Jeff Grass said: “Our vision has always extended beyond a single market. “By bringing hungerhub into the platform, we are expanding our ability to deliver consistent workplace dining experiences across borders while continuing to scale with our enterprise customers." Toronto-based hungerhub operates in more than ten Canadian markets.
